When a team disputes a score, you can accept the original score or enter the correct one. You have 48 hours from when the score was first reported to do this. After that, the score stays Disputed and never affects player levels.
How scores get disputed
After the match, a player reports the score.
The other team has 4 hours to confirm or dispute it. If nobody responds, it is confirmed automatically.
If they dispute it, the match shows as Disputed in Play → Matches, and your club is notified.
How to resolve a dispute
Go to Play → Matches.
Click the match with the red "Score has been disputed" icon.
Click Edit next to the score.
To accept the score that was reported, click Dismiss dispute.
Or, to correct it, change the score in the dialog and click Change score.
The resolved score is confirmed and padel levels update about 1 hour later.
Correcting a confirmed score
Open the match in Play → Matches.
Click Edit score.
Enter the correct score.
Click Save changes.
If levels have already been updated from that match, editing the score won't recalculate them.
Good to know
Talk to the players before you decide. They aren't asked again once you save.
League match disputes are resolved the same way. You can also open the match from the league round's Results tab.
You need the Matches administrator permission.
When to contact Nettla
