Added to a round: push ("You have been added to" the league) and a confirmation email, with a Pay button if they haven't paid.
Moved from the waiting queue into a team: email with a Pay button, and a push.
During the round
Round launched: email and push.
Round starts today: push (sent in the morning).
League match booked: push and booking confirmation.
New message in a match chat: push.
Round ends in 7 days: email.
Scores
Match ended: push asking players to report the score.
Score reported: the other team gets a push asking them to confirm it.
Score confirmed or disputed by the opponents: push.
Result confirmed: push.
Score disputed: your club is notified.
After the round
Round ended: email the day after the round end date.
