When a session is full, players can join its waitlist. When a space opens, everyone on the waitlist is notified at the same time, and the first player to book gets the space.
How it works
Players can join the waitlist only when the session is full and they meet its gender and age rules.
A space opens when a player leaves or you increase the maximum number of players.
Everyone on the waitlist gets a push notification and an email at the same time.
The space goes to whoever books first.
Seeing the waitlist
Go to Calendar → Schedule and click the session.
Open the Waitlist tab. It shows when at least one player is waiting.
Good to know
No notifications are sent for sessions that have already happened.
Matches have a waitlist too.
