This is the full list of events and fields Nettla sends to your integrations. Which categories an integration receives depends on the app and your gear settings; see "What data is sent to each integration?".
The names below are the names Nettla sends. Some apps rename them: HubSpot uses lowercase names with underscores (for example opt_in_to_marketing_emails), Mailchimp uses merge tags (for example FNAME, LNAME, PHONE, OPTINEMAIL) and Google Sheets uses column headers in title case (for example "Opt In To Marketing Emails").
Fields on every event
eventType: the type of event, for example bookingCreated.
eventId: a unique ID for the event.
clubId: the club the event belongs to. Left out for company-level events.
companyId: the company the event belongs to.
timestamp: the date and time the event happened.
User events
userJoinedClub: a player joined your player list.
userUpdatedProfile: a player updated their profile.
userJoinedCohort: a player was added to a cohort.
userUpdatedCohort: a player's cohort was updated.
userLeftCohort: a player left a cohort.
userJoinedMembership: a player started a membership.
userRenewedMembership: a membership renewed.
userUpdatedMembership: a membership was changed.
userPausedMembership: a membership was paused.
userResumedMembership: a paused membership was resumed.
userCancelledMembership: a membership was cancelled.
User fields
userId: the player's Nettla ID.
firstName, lastName, email, phoneNumber.
gender, birthDate.
padelLevel.
streetAddress, city, region, postalCode.
country: the full country name.
dateJoined: the date the player joined your player list. Only sent on userJoinedClub.
membershipName: the player's membership.
membershipStatus: the payment status of the membership.
cohortTypes: a list of the player's cohort names.
optInToMarketingEmails: true or false. Whether the player accepts marketing emails from you. It is true if the player has never changed the setting.
Booking events
bookingCreated: a booking was created.
bookingUpdated: a booking's time, court, coach or organisers changed.
bookingUserJoined: a player joined a booking.
bookingUserLeft: a player left a booking.
bookingCancelledByUser: a player cancelled.
bookingCancelledByClub: the club cancelled.
bookingAutoCancelled: a booking was cancelled automatically, for example a match that didn't fill.
bookingCompleted: the booking's end time has passed.
Booking fields
bookingId: a unique ID for the booking.
creatorId: who created the booking.
sport.
courts: the court IDs.
bookingType: for example court booking, match or activity.
recurringId: for a recurring booking, the ID of the first booking in the series.
activityTemplateId: for an activity, the activity type's ID.
activityDetails: for an activity, its name, maxParticipants and currentParticipants.
coachId: the coach of a private coaching session.
organiserIds: a list of the organisers or coaches of an activity.

durationMin: the length in minutes.
bookingDay: the day of the week.
participants: for each player, userId, amount, paymentMethod (a list) and paymentStatus. Includes unpaid players.
totalAmount: money collected so far.

status: Pending, Open, Cancelled, AutoCancelled or Completed.
isSplitPayment: whether players pay their own part.
waitlist: players on the waitlist.
bespokeType: the type of a bespoke booking.

Payment events
paymentReserved: an amount is held on the player's card.
paymentSucceeded: a payment was paid.
paymentCaptured: a held amount was charged, and the final amount will be settled after the session (pay your part).
paymentFailed: a payment failed.
paymentCancelled: a payment was cancelled.
paymentRefunded: a payment was refunded in full.
paymentPartiallyRefunded: part of a payment was refunded.
paymentUnpaid: an unpaid payment was created, for example when an admin adds a player as Unpaid.

paymentId: a unique ID for the payment.
referenceId: what the payment is for, for example the booking ID.
type and paymentType: the article type, for example booking, match or activity.
name: for example the activity or membership name.
purchasedTime.
payerId: the player who paid.
amount, currency.
defaultPrice and priceSlices: price details.
paymentMethod: a list, for example card or wallet.
paymentStatus.
paymentSource: mobile app, website widget or admin.
promoCode: a list of discount codes used.

Court events
courtSummaryCreated: sent once a day, shortly after midnight UTC. For each court: courtId, name, sport, startTime and endTime (opening hours), and bookableHours for the previous day. Used to work out occupancy.
Where to find IDs
Club ID: Settings → The Club. Use the Copy button.
Court ID: Settings → Courts. Click a court to see its Court ID.
