Can we put different tax rates on different items?
Yes, you can decide what tax rate % each item has in admin. This tax rate % is sent as metadata to your Stripe account for transactions export purposes.
We only want to sell certain items during certain days/times
Great, Nettla admin allows you select what days of the week and times of the day that an additional item is available for players to purchase. If you only have staff at the club between 12am-6pm, then you can set that certain articles are only sold during those hours.
How do we manage inventory for things that are turned back, such as rental rackets?
In admin, on the settings of each product, Nettla allows you to turn on "Refill inventory after session end time". This means that your inventory for Rental Racket (example) will increase by 1 when a player who has used a rental racket has finished their session on court.
Can the player receive a special message when purchasing a specific additional item?
Yes, for each item in admin you can turn on a "Special message" that is sent inside of the booking confirmation to the players who have purchases that exact item. An example of this could be: "You will find the rental rackets hanging behind Court 3. Make sure you return the racket after you have played"
