Add league slots to your schedule with the booking type League Match. Then either auto-schedule the matches onto the slots (club-scheduled rounds) or let players book the slots themselves after launch (player-arranged rounds).
If you allowed league matches on general availability, players can also book at any time your club is open for bookings, so you may need few or no slots.
How many slots you need
Matches per division = teams × (teams − 1) ÷ 2. For example, 6 teams = 15 matches.
Double this with the Double home and away format.
Multiply by the number of divisions. For example, 15 × 4 divisions = 60 slots.
Add a few extra slots so players can rearrange matches.
How to add league slots
Go to Calendar → Schedule.
Go to the first date for league matches.
Select one or more courts for the length of your Match duration (for example 90 minutes).
Under Booking type, choose League Match.
Choose the League and Round.
Optionally choose a Division.
Turn on Recurring to repeat the slot weekly.
Click Create.
You'll see a warning if the slot length doesn't match the match duration.
Club schedules all matches
Make sure all divisions are locked (step 4). This creates the matches.
Go to Play → Leagues, open the league and round, and open the Schedule tab.
Click Auto-schedule matches, then Auto-schedule.
If there aren't enough slots, you'll see "Not enough available bookings" with a Go to schedule button.
Auto-schedule uses future empty slots, respects any division you set on a slot, and never books a team twice at the same time.
To place a single match yourself, click its row, choose Schedule match, pick the slot in Scheduled at and click Save. To remove it from a slot, choose Unschedule match and click Unschedule.
Players arrange matches themselves
After you launch the round, players agree a time in the match chat and book a league slot in the app.
Each team pays its share of the court when booking.
Good to know
Players can cancel a league match until it starts. The match goes back to unscheduled and the slot opens again.
Empty slots are removed automatically if you turned on Auto-cancel empty league matches.
