Players can be added to the Player List in the following ways:
The player books or purchases something at your club through Nettla
The player taps the link icon in the top right corner of the club's home screen and becomes Linked with the club
The club admin invited the player via Players → Player list → Add player, entered their email, and the player registered via the invitation email received
The player was migrated to your club from your previous booking provider
