There are several ways that players can be added to your player list. See options below:
The player books or purchases something at your club through Nettla
The player goes to Club information in app -> Join club register
You invited the player through Players -> Player list -> Add player button -> Inserted their email, and the player registered an account in that invite email they received
The player was migrated to your club from your previous booking provider
