To block a player, go to Nettla Admin and open the Player List. Click on the player you want to block, then select the ... menu in the top right corner and choose Block player.
Once a player is blocked, they will no longer be able to complete a checkout at your club, and they will be shown a message informing them that they have been blocked.
You can unblock the player again at any time from the same menu.
