Can Nettla's league feature manage sign ups and pricing?
Yes, you are able to set if a league is singles or doubles based, and then set a price per player to pay in order for them to join.
If a league has doubles format, can players sign up by themselves?
No, if you have defined the league as doubles format, players will need to search for, and sign up with their partner for that league.
Can we assign certain days and times to be bookable for the league?
Yes, this is how Nettla's league feature work. You and other admins at your club needs to define days/hours/courts in the schedule which can be used for league matches, and players may then schedule their matches on those slots. We cal your scheduled slots "empty league slots".
Can players schedule in league matches at any available times in the schedule?
No, Nettla's league feature does not allow for a "complete open schedule" in terms of players scheduling in league matches. This is due to making sure the players abide to the slots you have assigned to the league, as well as minimizing complexity with potential days/times/courts that may be assigned only for certain player categories, that should not be bookable for all players.
Can players schedule their matches further in advance than regular bookings?
Yes and No; it depends on what "empty league slots" you have added in your schedule. Players may schedule matches on the empty league slots that are added, so if there are league slots added further into the future than your standard booking window, then players participating in the league may schedule in league matches for those slots already now.
Does that mean league participants get a longer booking window than regular players?
Yes, but only for scheduling league matches. They are not able to make regular bookings or matches on those slots. League matches have a different booking flow in the mobile app, which only shows the "empty league slots" that you have scheduled to that specific league.
Can we add in a result of a league match that has not been played at the club?
Yes, but only if the match is still registered in the schedule. Its only possible to add a result of match that is in the schedule and where the match's end time has been reached.
How do we add a match result of a match played outside of the club?
If you want to do this, you can schedule the match on a "fictional day/time/court", for examples yesterday or some days ago. If it is scheduled and the match end time has been reached, then you are able to go into leagues in Nettla admin and schedule the result for that match.
