How Can We Offer a Full Court Discount for Selected Players?

Learn how to set up a full court discount for a specific group of players using cohorts in Nettla.

⚠️ Note: This is a sensitive setting that changes the overall cost of a court for the affected players.

If you want certain players to receive a discount on the full court cost (rather than just their individual share), follow these steps:

You need to have, or create, a cohort so the system knows who the selected players are.

Membership types or individual players can then be linked to this cohort.

Go to Players → Cohorts and press the … button on the right side of the cohort card.

Inside this view, find the Full Court Discount option and toggle it ON.

What this does:

Let’s say your regular court price for 60 minutes is £40, and a selected group of players pays £20 instead.

Before this setting is turned on: A lead booker who is part of that group would see £35 as the full court cost. This is because only their individual share is discounted — the difference between £40 and £20 is £20, so with 4 players each player’s individual discount is £5, resulting in a total of £35.

After this setting is turned on: The system disregards the individual discounts for players in this cohort. The lead booker will therefore see £20 as the total court cost when booking the same court.
