When a player is the lead booker of a court booking and selects "Pay Your Part," Nettla reserves the full court cost on their account — not just their share. This guarantees your club gets paid in full even if the other players never pay their part.
Because of this reserve-charge-later mechanism, the player's club wallet sometimes can't be used, even if their balance covers their own share. This happens whenever the full court cost is larger than their wallet balance — Nettla can't combine both a club wallet and card for a reservation, so the wallet is not applicable for this specific case.
Example:
Player's wallet balance: £20
Player is the lead booker of the court booking
Their share is £8
But the full court cost is £32 (the amount reserved on their account)
Since £20 doesn't cover £32, their wallet can't be used, even if their share is less than the balance in their wallet
What to tell the player:
Pay by card for this specific booking
Create or join a public or private match instead
Join someone else's existing booking instead of creating their own
