Open Nettla AI, click Add custom insight, describe what you want to see (for example "Bookings per day, last 30 days") and click Create insight. You can also click Pin to dashboard under a chart in a chat.
Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Nettla AI or start a new chat.
Add an insight from the dashboard
Click Nettla AI in the sidebar.
Click Add custom insight.
Describe what you want, in up to 500 characters. Include any date range or filter, for example "last 90 days" or "singles bookings only".
Click Create insight.
This can take up to a minute, because Nettla AI writes and checks a live query.
Add an insight from a chat
Ask a question that gets a chart in the answer.
Click Pin to dashboard under the chart.
Manage an insight
Click ⋮ on the insight:
Make larger / Make smaller: switch between half width and full width.
Improve…: describe a change, for example "Show this weekly instead of daily", and click Preview change. You'll see the current and proposed versions side by side. Click Apply change to keep it, or change your description and click Revise again.
Refresh now: get the latest figures straight away.
Remove: take it off your dashboard. You'll be asked to confirm.
To change the order, drag an insight by its handle.
How insights stay up to date
When you open or view your dashboard, any insight older than 30 minutes refreshes automatically.
Insights don't refresh while the dashboard isn't open.
Refreshing doesn't use any of your monthly queries.
Good to know
Up to 12 insights per dashboard. If it's full, remove one first.
Your dashboard is personal. Other admins can't see your insights.
Club and company dashboards are separate.
Removing an insight can't be undone, but you can create it again.
Create insight, Pin to dashboard and each Improve… preview count as one query each. Applying a change is free.
