What custom graphs/widgets are
Your Nettla AI dashboard can hold your own graphs and stats, built just by describing what you want in plain English. A graph isn't a one-off report — once it's created, it keeps itself up to date automatically, showing trends over time, comparisons between categories, or a single running number, depending on what you asked for.
Creating a graph
There are two ways to add one:
From your dashboard, select Add widget and describe what you want to see — e.g. "Bookings per day, last 30 days" or "Revenue this month". Nettla AI writes and verifies the underlying query before adding it to your dashboard.
From a chat conversation, if Nettla AI draws a chart in its answer, select Pin to dashboard underneath it to add that same graph to your dashboard.
This can take up to a minute — it's writing and checking a live query behind the scenes, not just generating a picture.
Live data, kept fresh automatically
A graph isn't a snapshot. It re-runs its query and refreshes automatically, at least every 30 minutes while it's on your dashboard. If you need the latest number right now, open the graph's menu and select Refresh now.
Resizing a graph
Every graph has three sizes — Small, Medium, and Large — available from its menu. Graphs can also be dragged into a different order on your dashboard.
Refining a graph
Not quite right? Select Improve… from the graph's menu and describe the change in plain English — e.g. "Show this weekly instead of daily" or "Split by court type." You'll see a preview of the change first; nothing updates on your dashboard until you confirm it.
Removing or replacing a graph
Select Remove from the graph's menu to take it off your dashboard. There's no separate "replace" action — remove the old one and add a new one with an updated description, or use Improve… if you just want to adjust the graph you already have.
Good to know
Your dashboard is personal — graphs you add aren't visible to other staff at your club, even ones with the same access level.
There's a limit of 12 graphs per dashboard.
Common questions
How often does my graph update?
Automatically, at least every 30 minutes while it's open. Use Refresh now in the graph's menu if you need the latest figure immediately.
Can I filter a graph to a specific date range or category?
Yes — just describe it in plain English when creating or refining the graph, e.g. "last 90 days" or "singles bookings only." There's no separate filter form; everything is described in the prompt.
Can other staff at my club see the graphs I've added?
No. Dashboards are personal to each admin — a graph you add only shows on your own dashboard.
What happens if I remove a graph by mistake?
It's removed for good — there's no undo. You can recreate an equivalent graph any time using the same description.
What if Nettla AI misunderstands what I'm asking for?
It will tell you rather than guess. If a request can't be answered from the data available, you'll get a short explanation instead of an incorrect graph. Try rephrasing, or ask in the chat first to see the answer before pinning it.
Is there a limit to how many graphs I can have?
Yes, up to 12 per dashboard. Remove one you no longer need to make room for another.
