Nettla AI is an assistant in your admin that answers questions about your club in plain English, such as "What's our occupancy this week?" or "Which regulars haven't played for a month?". It can also build live insights for your dashboard and suggest actions, like sending a push notification, which only run when you approve them.
Nettla AI is an add-on. Not every club has it. If you don't see Nettla AI in the sidebar, your club doesn't have it yet, or you don't have the Nettla AI permission. Contact Nettla to switch it on or to give the permission to an admin. Only Nettla can do either. If your club already has Nettla AI, the rest of this article explains what it does.
What it can do
Answer questions about bookings, occupancy, payments, players, memberships, wallets, discount codes, smart forms, leagues and coaches.
Suggest ideas to improve your club, for example which matches and sessions to add.
Build live charts and numbers for your personal dashboard.
Prepare actions such as creating a cohort, sending a push notification or creating a discount code. Nothing runs until you click Approve & run.

How to use it
Click Nettla AI in the sidebar.
Type your question in the message box, or pick a suggested prompt.
Read the answer and ask follow-up questions in the same chat.

Each admin has 75 queries per month. See "How does Nettla AI fair usage work?".
Your conversations and dashboard are private to you.
Nettla AI works in English. It can't read uploaded files, and chats can't be exported or shared.
