On Play → Private Coaching, drag the coach cards to set the order players see them in. Use the menu on a card to archive or reactivate a coach.

Archiving hides the coach from players but doesn't cancel their existing bookings. Cancel those in Calendar → Schedule if needed.

To stop bookings for a while without archiving, turn off Available for private coaching or add time off.
