Go to Play → Private Coaching and click Add coach. The coach must already have a Nettla account and be on your player list.

If the coach isn't on your player list yet, add them in Players → Player List → Add Player.

In Link to Nettla Account, search for the coach by name or email.

Fill in the profile: Profile picture, First name, Surname, Coach title and Bio.

- Show online: shows the coach to players in the app.
- Available for private coaching: lets players book lessons with the coach in the app.
- Custom Tax Rate: use a different tax rate for this coach's lessons.

Set the coach's availability, lesson prices and booking rules (see "How do I set a coach's availability and time off?" and "How do I set lesson prices for a coach?").

1. Go to Play → Private Coaching.
2. Click Add coach.
3. In Link to Nettla Account, search for the coach by name or email.
4. Fill in the profile: Profile picture, First name, Surname, Coach title and Bio.
5. Under Settings, choose:
 - Show online: shows the coach to players in the app.
 - Available for private coaching: lets players book lessons with the coach in the app.
 - Custom Tax Rate: use a different tax rate for this coach's lessons.
6. Set the coach's availability, lesson prices and booking rules (see "How do I set a coach's availability and time off?" and "How do I set lesson prices for a coach?").
7. Choose the courts the coach can use.
8. Click Save.

Show online and Available for private coaching are on.

Players can book up to 7 days ahead, with new days released at 12:00.

Turning off Show online hides the coach and also stops private coaching bookings.

If the coach runs activities but shouldn't take private lessons, turn off Available for private coaching.

After saving, the coach page has the tabs Availability, Profile, Courts and Prices.

Add a coach, link them to their Nettla account and choose whether players can see and book them.
