The Player List (Players → Player List in the admin) is your club's own list of players, like a built-in CRM. A player's club list is in the Nettla app. It shows the clubs that player has visited or saved. Being on a player's club list does not put them on your Player List.
Player List (in your admin)
A player is added to your Player List when they:
book or buy something at your club;
tap the link icon at the top right of your club's home screen in the app and choose Join now on the "Link account to club" sheet;
accept an invitation you sent from Add Player;
submit one of your club's Smart Forms;
pick your club during sign-up in your own branded (White Label) app;
were imported by Nettla when your club moved from another booking system, and then created their account.
Use the Player List to see who your players are, open their profiles, add memberships and wallets, and contact them.
Club list (in the player's app)
The club list shows the clubs a player has:
visited in the Nettla app or your website widget;
opened through a shared link or found by searching;
added themselves in the switch club area.
Good to know
When a player links their account to your club, the app shows "Your account is now linked to this club".
A player can be on many clubs' Player Lists at the same time.
