You add a player by sending them an invitation by email. The invitation does not create a Nettla account for them: the player creates their own account from the link, and is then added to your Player List.
Invite a player
Go to Players → Player List.
Click Add Player.
Enter the player's Email address.
Click Invite.
You'll see the message "Invite sent". The player then needs to click the link in the email and sign in or create their account. They are then added to your Player List, and your club becomes their home club in the app.
Share the Player activation link instead
If you want to invite many players at once, for example in a newsletter, share your Player activation link:
Click the link icon in the top bar of the admin.
Find Player activation link and click the copy icon.
Share the link with your players.
Anyone who opens the link can create their Nettla account and join your Player List.
Good to know
You can only invite the same email address to your club once every 24 hours. If you try sooner, you'll see "Recently invited".
You need the Player list permission to invite players.
Players are also added automatically when they book, buy or link their account to your club. See "When does a player get added to my Player List?".
