When a new player joins their first match or activity that requires a padel level, there are two ways for them to be assigned a level:
Player-initiated starting level
When a player attempts to join their first level-restricted match or activity, they’ll be asked to self-assess using an interactive scale.
Players drag the scale left or right to choose their level
Each level includes a short description to help guide their choice
Admin-assigned starting level
If a player doesn’t yet have a level, an admin or coach can set one directly in the admin platform.
Steps:
Go to Players → Player List.
Find and open the player’s profile.
Click on Level.
Select Set Level, then choose the player’s starting level.
Once set, this becomes the player’s starting level.
