Admins and coaches can manually adjust a player’s level if needed. To keep the system fair, there are rules in place to prevent misuse of this feature.
How to adjust a player’s level
In the admin platform, go to Players → Player List.
Find the player you want to adjust and open their profile.
Click on Level.
Click the edit (pen) icon next to their current level.
Enter the new level and confirm.
Adjustment limits
First adjustment: Can be changed by any amount.
After the first adjustment: Each change is limited to +0.50 or -0.50.
Adjustment frequency
After a manual adjustment, there is a 30-day lock period before the same player’s level can be manually changed again.
During this period, the automatic leveling algorithm continues to update the player’s level based on matches played.
