You can change a player's level to any value from 1.0 to 7.0 from their profile. There is no limit on how much you can change it and no waiting period between changes. You need the administrator permission Edit player levels.
How to change a level
Go to Players → Player List.
Open the player.
Open the Level tab (called Padel level or Tennis level if your club has both sports).
Click the pencil icon next to the current level.
Enter the new level.
Click Save.
If the player has no level yet, click Set level instead of the pencil icon.
What happens next
The new level applies straight away in the app.
For padel, the algorithm keeps updating the level from confirmed matches, starting from the value you set.
For tennis, the level stays as you set it until someone changes it again.
Good to know
If you see "Missing permission", ask an administrator to tick Edit player levels for you in Settings → Administrators.
There is no coach role in Nettla. A coach can only change levels if they are an administrator with this permission.
There is no undo button. To reverse a change, set the old value again.
