In order for league matches to be scheduled/played, your Nettla admin schedule needs to know what days, times, courts league matches should take place.
How do you know how many league slots you need in total?
Calculate:
Number of matches needed in a division
Example: 6 teams = 15 unique matchesMultiple by number of divisions
Example: 15 unique matches x 4 divisions = 60 total matches
When you know the total amount of league slots needed:
Go to Calendar -> Schedule
Go to the first date you want the matches to take place
Select one or more courts with the match length you defined in round settings, e.g. 60 or 90 min. Do not select a longer duration than your setting.
Select League match as booking type
Select which League the slots are for
Select Division if you want to make it specific (non mandatory)
Turn on Recurring if you want the same day and time for the next few weeks
Click Create
Tip: Schedule a few extra slots (in addition to the ones needed). Extra slots can be used by players to re-schedule their matches with their opponents.
Connecting the slots with individual matches:
If you used round setting:
Club pre-schedules all the matches
Go to Play -> Leagues -> The correct league -> Schedule
You will see a message here if enough slots are not available
Click on Auto-schedule matches
If you selected a specific division for certain slots, the auto-schedule mechanism takes that into account
All individual matches have now been assigned a match date, time, court.
Potential extra slots can be used for re-scheduling
Players may cancel their league match and book it in for another slot available for re-schedule purposes
Empty extra slots not taken auto-cancels by themselves, you have already set the Days before setting in your round settings
If you used round setting:
Players schedules matches themselves
After you have launched the round, players will be able to book these slots for league matches
Players may cancel their league match and book it in for another slot available for re-schedule purposes
