Select the players in Players → Player List, then choose Action → Send push notification. The push is sent straight away to every selected player who has the app with notifications switched on.
Send a push notification
Go to Players → Player List.
Use the search and filters to find the players you want (for example a cohort or membership).
Tick the players. To select everyone who matches your filters, tick the box in the table header.
Click Action.
Choose Send push notification.
Write your Message (up to 500 characters). Check the Preview.
Click Send.
Good to know
The push shows your company and club name as its title, for example "Padel Group, Riverside".
These pushes are sent to every selected player, including players who have opted out of marketing. Use them for service messages. For marketing, use an announcement, which respects opt-outs. See "How do I create an announcement?".
Players only receive a push if they have the app installed and notifications switched on.
Push notifications can only be sent from a club's Player List, not from the company Player List.
You need the Announcements permission to send push notifications.
