How do administrator permissions work?

The full list of administrator permissions, what each one covers and how to change them.

Written by Nettla

Each administrator has a set of permission boxes. Each box gives access to one page or action, and it always gives both view and edit access. There is no read-only option. Administrators only see the sidebar pages they have permission for.

The permissions

  • Schedule, Recurring bookings, Cancellations

Players

  • Player list, Memberships, Cohorts, Announcements, Automations, Smart Forms

  • Edit player levels: lets them change a player's level.

Change someone's permissions

  1. Go to Settings → Administrators.

  2. Click the administrator.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Tick or untick permissions.

  5. Click Save.

Good to know

  • New administrators get every permission by default. Untick what they don't need when you add them.

  • An administrator must have at least one permission. If you untick everything, you see "Please select at least one permission".

  • Automations, Leagues and Rewards program only appear when your club or company has that add-on. Nettla switches these on.

  • Only Nettla can give the Nettla AI permission. Contact Nettla if a team member needs it.

  • Company administrators' permissions apply to every club in the company.
