The left sidebar groups everything by area: Dashboard, Calendar, Players, Play, Shop, Insights, Nettla AI and Settings. The top bar has quick tools, such as the link icon for sharing your club's links and the "?" icon for help.
Sidebar (inside a club)
Dashboard: lists the companies and clubs you can access. Click one to open it.
Calendar: Schedule (all bookings by court or coach), Recurring bookings and Cancellations.
Players: Player List, Memberships, Cohorts, Announcements and Smart Forms. Some clubs also see Automations, Ace conversations and Imported Players.
Play: Activities, Matches, Private Coaching and, if your club has them, Leagues.
Shop: Club Wallet, Discount Codes, Inventory, Additional Items and, if your company has it, Rewards program.
Insights: Transactions, Occupancy, Sales activity, Player Data and Coach Data.
Nettla AI: ask questions about your club's data (add-on).
Settings: The Club, Courts, Rules & Limits, Price Lists, Administrators and Integrations. Some clubs also see Booking limits.
Top bar (inside a club)
Link icon: opens Copy and share app links, with links to your club's pages in the player app.
Update available icon: appears when a new version of the admin is out. Click it to refresh.
"?" icon: opens this help centre.
Your user menu (desktop): Cookie preferences and Log out.
Company level
If you manage a company, click the company on the Dashboard. You land on its Clubs page. The company sidebar has company-wide pages, such as Player List, Memberships, Company Wallet, company Insights and Settings → The Company.
Good to know
The sidebar only shows pages you have permission for. If a page is missing, ask an administrator to check your permissions.
Some pages only appear when your club has the feature. Nettla AI, Ace conversations, Rewards program and Leagues are add-ons. Automations and Booking limits are also switched on by Nettla. If you don't see one in the sidebar, your club doesn't have it yet. Contact Nettla to switch it on. See "Which features are add-ons, and how do I get them?".
