Six Nettla features are add-ons that not every club has: Nettla AI, Ace (your WhatsApp sales agent), the Rewards program, Leagues, Lights & Access and the White Label app. If your club doesn't have one yet, contact Nettla to switch it on. If you already have it, the help articles for that feature explain how to use it.
How do I know if we have an add-on?
Add-ons you have appear in the admin. Add-ons you don't have are hidden, so you won't see a page for them.
If a colleague can see an add-on page and you can't, you may be missing an administrator permission. Ask an admin to check Settings → Administrators.
If you're not sure, contact Nettla and we'll check for you.
Nettla AI
An assistant in your admin that answers questions about your club's data in plain English, builds live charts for your dashboard and suggests actions, such as a push notification or a discount code, that only run when you approve them.
You have it if you see Nettla AI in the sidebar.
Only Nettla can give the Nettla AI permission to an admin.

Ace, your WhatsApp sales agent
Ace answers your players on your club's own WhatsApp number, day and night. It checks availability, helps players book courts, matches, lessons and activities, and sends them a payment link.
You have it if you see Players → Ace conversations in the sidebar.

Rewards program
Players earn points for time on court and claim rewards, such as a drink, merchandise or club wallet credit. You can add referral and birthday points too.
You have it if you see Shop → Rewards program in the sidebar.
It is switched on for your whole company.

Leagues
Run singles or doubles leagues in Nettla, with sign-ups, payment, divisions, match scheduling, results, standings and promotion and relegation.

Lights & Access
Court lights switch on automatically around bookings, and players get a door code or an in-app unlock button. It works with TDSi and Smart Padel (and Armex).
You need an account with your lights and access provider. Nettla does the first setup with you, and then you control it in Settings → Integrations.

White Label app
Your club's own app in the App Store and Google Play, with your name, icon and colours, instead of the shared Nettla app.
There are no White Label settings in the admin. Nettla sets everything up.
