Open the player in Players → Player List, go to the Wallet tab and click Add club wallet. To give a wallet to many players at once, tick them in the Player List and use Action → Add wallet.
Before you start
The wallet must already exist in Shop → Club Wallet. See "How do I create a club wallet?".
The player must be in your Player List.
Archived wallets can't be given to players.
Give a wallet to one player
Go to Players → Player List.
Click the player.
Open the Wallet tab.
Click Add club wallet.
Choose how it is paid: Unpaid, Free of charge or Mark as paid.
Select the wallet.
Check How much balance? and change it if needed.
Add a note if you want (optional).
Click Add.
Give a wallet to several players
Go to Players → Player List.
Tick the players. Use the filters first if it helps.
Click Action and choose Add wallet.
Complete the same steps as above and click Add.
The three payment options
Unpaid (pre-selected): the player gets a payment to settle in the app, at the wallet's price for that player.
Free of charge: a gift. The player pays nothing.
Mark as paid: the player has already paid you another way, for example at reception. No payment goes through Nettla.
Good to know
The balance is added to the player's wallet straight away, whichever option you choose.
If the wallet uses Number of days after purchase, the expiry counts from the day you add it.
You can give wallets that are not for sale in the app (with Can be purchased by players off).
