Turn on Apply full court discount in the cohort's settings. When a lead booker in that cohort pays in full for a court booking or private match, the whole court is charged at the cohort's price, not just their own share.
This changes what the whole court costs for these players, so use it with care.
Turn it on
Go to Players → Cohorts.
Click ⋮ on the cohort and choose Edit. (Or open the cohort and click the pencil.)
In Discount settings, switch on Apply full court discount.
Click Save.
Example
Your standard price for a 60-minute court is £40 (£10 per player). The cohort price is £20 (£5 per player).
Off: a cohort member paying in full pays their own share at the cohort rate (£5) plus the other three shares at the standard rate (£30). Total: £35.
On: the cohort member pays the cohort price for the whole court. Total: £20.
Prices are shown in £, but this works the same in your club's currency.
Good to know
It applies to court bookings and private matches paid in full by the lead booker.
It doesn't change "pay your part" bookings, where each player pays their own share at their own price.
The setting is only on the Edit page, not when you first create the cohort.
