Add a discount price for the cohort to each price variant where you want them to pay less. Nettla gives each player the lowest price they qualify for, automatically.
Steps
Go to Settings → Price Lists and open your price list.
Click ⋮ on the price variant, then Edit.
In Prices, under Discounted prices, click Add discount price.
In Cohorts, choose the cohort or cohorts.
Keep Minimum Duration on Any duration, unless the price should only apply to longer bookings.
In Hourly Rate, enter the cohort's price per hour.
Click Save.
Repeat for every variant that covers hours where the cohort should get its price.
You can add several discount rows to one variant, for example one for Members and one for Juniors.
How Nettla chooses the price
Each player pays the lowest of all the prices they qualify for, including the normal price.
A player in several cohorts gets the lowest of those prices.
A cohort price set higher than the normal price is never used.
Players in a sub-cohort also get the prices set for its parent cohort.
Nettla checks a player's cohorts when the booking is made, not on the day it's played. A player whose membership starts next week pays the normal price for bookings made today.
Cohort prices are per player
With pay your part, each player pays their own share at their own price. When one player pays in full, they pay their own discounted share plus the normal price for the other players' shares, unless the cohort has Apply full court discount switched on. See "Are discounts applied per player or per court?"
Warning
Leaving a discount row on All players gives that price to everyone, not just the cohort. Always choose a cohort.
Good to know
To make some times bookable only for a cohort, see "How do I make courts, days or times members-only?"
If a special period price list is active on the court, add the cohort prices there too.
