As an admin, you have the ability to move existing bookings within the same day directly from your admin calendar.
To move a booking, simply click and hold the booking on the court and time slot it is currently placed on, then drag it to the desired time slot or court within the same day. Once you have positioned it where you want it, release it to drop the booking in its new spot. The booking will be updated automatically.
Please note that it is currently not possible to move a booking from one day to another. Rescheduling across different dates is not supported in the system at this time.
When a booking is moved, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the affected players notifying them of the change. The new court and time will also be updated instantly in the players' mobile apps, reflecting the new court and time you dropped the booking on.
