A weekly brief is a short message from Nettla AI that arrives in your Nettla AI conversations on Monday mornings (about 06:00 UTC). It points out time slots that have lost bookings and regular players who have stopped playing.
Weekly briefs are a feature that Nettla switches on for your club, on top of Nettla AI. If you have Nettla AI but don't receive briefs, contact Nettla.
What a brief looks at
Time slots losing bookings: an hour slot whose occupancy has dropped sharply over the last 4 weeks compared with the 8 weeks before.
Regulars who have stopped playing: players who played most weeks over the past few months but haven't played for 3 weeks. It names up to 5 of them, and only flags this when there is a clear rise.
How you're told
A red dot appears on Nettla AI in the sidebar, on the conversation history (clock) icon and on the brief itself.
There is no email or push notification.
Good to know
Each admin with Nettla AI access gets their own brief.
A brief only arrives when there is something new. The same finding isn't repeated.
Briefs don't use any of your monthly queries.
You can reply to a brief like any other chat, for example "Create a cohort of those players". Replies count as queries.
