Nettla AI can prepare actions such as creating a cohort, sending push notifications, creating a discount code or announcement, and adding a public match or activity session. It shows each action as a plan first, and nothing happens until you click Approve & run.
Actions Nettla AI can prepare
Create a new cohort from a group of players, for example players who haven't played for 30 days, or up to 20 named players. The cohort can be permanent or temporary with an end time. It always creates a new cohort; it can't add players to an existing one.
Send a push notification to a cohort.
Send a push notification to up to 20 named players.
Create a discount code: a percentage or a fixed amount off, with a limit per player, booking types, an optional cohort and an end time. Fixed-amount codes can only be created this way.
Create an announcement for all players or selected cohorts, with an optional push notification and/or email, a schedule, pinning and a button. Images can't be added.
Create a public match in your calendar.
Create an activity session for one of your existing activity types.
How to approve an action
Ask Nettla AI for what you want, for example "Send a push to players who haven't played this month".
Check the plan it shows, including how many players are affected.
Click Approve & run.
Wait for "Plan run successfully".
If a step fails, you'll see why and can click Try again.
Good to know
Actions are only available inside a club's Nettla AI, not at company level.
You need the normal admin permission for each step, for example permission to send announcements.
A plan expires after 24 hours if you don't run it. Ask again to get a new one.
Nettla AI can only create things. It can't edit or delete existing discount codes, announcements or bookings, and it can't create recurring series.
Preparing and running a plan doesn't use any of your monthly queries.
