Open the player's profile, click the ⋮ menu and choose Block player from club. A blocked player can't complete any purchase at your club until you unblock them.

Go to Players → Player List and open the player.

Blocked players have a blocked icon next to their name in the Player List and on their profile.

Company-wide purchases, such as company memberships and company wallets, are not affected by a club block.
