How do company-wide memberships work?

Create a membership once at company level that players can buy at any of your clubs, with benefits set per club.

A company-wide membership is created once, at company level, and can be bought and used at every club in your company. You decide the benefits at each club with cohorts.

Create a company-wide membership

  1. Open your company from the Dashboard.

  2. Go to Players → Memberships.

  3. Click Create membership.

  4. Choose Ongoing or Temporary and click Create.

  5. Fill in the details and pricing, the same as a club membership.

  6. Click Save.

Give members their benefits

A membership gives no benefits on its own. Link it to a cohort in one of two ways:

  • Per club: in a club, go to Players → Cohorts, open a cohort and click Link company wide membership types. Then use that cohort in the club's price lists and rules. Each club can give different benefits.

  • For every club: at company level, go to Players → Cohorts and create a company cohort. Link the company membership to it. Company cohorts apply at every club, and each club can price them in its own price lists.

Home club

Each company membership has a home club.

  • When a player buys in the app, the home club is the club they bought it at.

  • When you add a membership to a player at company level, you can choose a Home club (optional).

  • To change it, open the membership from the player's company profile and click Edit home club.

The home club is used by company booking limits that apply only at the member's home club, or only at other clubs.

What players see

  • One list of memberships, with each card labelled Club Membership or Company Membership.

  • A company membership shows your company name and "All our clubs".

  • The order follows the order you set on each club's Players → Memberships page.

Good to know

  • In a club's player profile, company memberships have an All clubs badge and are read-only ("Managed by" your company). Cancel, pause or change them from the company player profile.

  • Clubs can hide a company membership at their own club by dragging it to Private memberships.

  • A player blocked at one club can still buy company-wide memberships.
