In Calendar → Schedule, select the time on a court, choose Court Booking, pick the lead booker and choose a payment status for each player. The price comes from your price list.
Steps
Go to Calendar → Schedule and go to the date.
Click or drag over the time on one court.
Under Booking type, choose Court Booking.
Choose a Payment type: Split payment (each player pays their own share) or Full payment (the lead booker pays for the whole court).
Under Lead booker, search your player list. If the player isn't there, enter their email and click Add guest. They get an email invitation.
Optional: add Joiners, up to the court's player count minus one.
For each player who pays, choose Unpaid, Marked as paid or Free of charge. Their price is shown next to them.
Click Create.
Payment statuses
Unpaid: the player pays later. The confirmation email includes a link to pay, and the payment shows on their profile in the app.
Marked as paid: the player paid outside Nettla, for example at reception. Nothing is charged online.
Free of charge: the player doesn't pay.
With Split payment, the lead booker and each joiner get their own payment. With Full payment, only the lead booker has a payment.
Good to know
You can't type a price for a court booking. It always comes from your price list, including the player's cohort prices. For a custom price, use Bespoke Booking.
If the time or the player has no price, the booking can't be created. See "Can I create a booking on times that aren't priced, or for a player without a price?"
Admin bookings don't have to follow your booking length, gap or booking window rules, and aren't blocked by booking limits.
To create a match instead, choose Public Match or Private Match. You can set Gender and Level, and the lead booker is optional. A match that would be cancelled automatically within minutes can't be created.
Marked as paid and Free of charge bookings aren't counted in Insights → Sales activity, which only counts card payments.
