Cancel a whole series from Calendar → Recurring bookings, or a single session from the schedule. Refunds for recurring bookings are only possible as club wallet credit, never back to the player's card.
Cancel the whole series
Go to Calendar → Recurring bookings.
Click ⋮ on the series, then Cancel.
Choose the refund: Balance: X (setting) to give club wallet credit (pre-selected; X is the per-session amount added up for all upcoming sessions), or No refund.
Click Cancel recurring booking.
All upcoming sessions in the series are cancelled.
Cancel one session
Go to Calendar → Schedule and click the session.
Click Cancel recurring booking at the bottom of the drawer.
In Cancel individual session, choose Balance: X (setting) or No refund.
Click Cancel individual session.
Let players cancel sessions with a wallet refund
Players can cancel their own sessions in the app. Without this setting, they get no refund.
Go to Calendar → Recurring bookings.
Click ⋮ on the series, then Edit.
In Player initiated cancellations, switch on Refund sessions to wallet if cancelled before deadline.
Under Use club wallet, choose the club wallet.
Under Balance, enter the amount credited for each cancelled session.
Click Save.
Players then get that amount as club wallet credit when they cancel before your cancellation deadline (set under Settings → Rules & Limits → Cancellations).
Good to know
If the series has no wallet refund set up, the cancel dialog shows "No refund available".
You need an active club wallet to give wallet credit.
This setting is per series, on the Recurring bookings page.
If you need to return money to a player's card, do it in your Stripe Dashboard.
You can't change the price, dates or owner of a series. Cancel it and create a new one.
