In Calendar → Schedule, select the first session on one court and choose Recurring Booking. Pick the booking owner, how often it repeats and until when. The whole series is priced from your price list and paid with one payment.
Steps
Go to Calendar → Schedule and go to the date of the first session.
Click or drag over the time on one court.
Under Booking type, choose Recurring Booking.
Under Booking owner, choose the player.
Under Recurring, choose Repeat every (from Every week to Every 12 weeks), the Until date and the weekdays. The first session's weekday is always included.
Check the list of dates and the number of sessions.
Check the Price. This is the total for all sessions.
Optional: switch on Override tax rate (%) and enter a rate.
Choose the Payment Status: Marked as paid (selected by default), Unpaid or Free of charge. For Unpaid, you can add text for the receipt.
Click Create.
How the price works
The price of a recurring booking always comes from your price list. Each session is priced at the booking owner's price (including any cohort price) for the whole court, and the sessions are added up.
Typing a different amount in the Price field doesn't change what the player is charged. For a custom price, use a Bespoke Booking.
If any date in the series has no price, the series can't be created.
Payment
One payment covers the whole series. It isn't charged session by session.
Unpaid: the confirmation email includes a link to pay, and the payment shows on the player's profile in the app. On the web, the player can pay by card or by bank transfer, even without logging in.
Marked as paid: the player paid outside Nettla.
Good to know
If any date clashes with another booking or an Unavailable block, the whole series fails. Choose another court or time, or change the dates.
You can't change the price, dates or owner of a series afterwards. Cancel it and create a new one.
All series are listed under Calendar → Recurring bookings.
Recurring bookings have no Messages tab.
