No. In Nettla you refund a player by cancelling the booking or removing that player from it. To give money back while the booking stays, refund the payment in your Stripe Dashboard, or give the player club wallet credit instead.
Refund one player and keep the booking
Remove the player from the booking and choose their refund.
Go to Calendar → Schedule.
Click the booking.
In the players card, click ⋮ next to the player.
Click Remove.
Choose Full refund, Partial refund or No refund. Full refund is pre-selected if the player can be refunded, so check it before you confirm.
Confirm.
Refund everyone and cancel the booking
Go to Calendar → Schedule.
Click the booking.
Click Cancel {booking type} (for example Cancel court booking).
For each player, choose Full refund, Partial refund or No refund. Full refund is pre-selected for every player who can be refunded, so change it before you confirm if you don't want to refund in full.
Click Cancel {booking type} to confirm.

Refund money but keep the player on the booking
Open the payment in Nettla (Insights → Transactions → click the payment).
Click the Stripe Payment ID to open it in Stripe.
Refund the amount in your Stripe Dashboard.
A refund in Stripe doesn't cancel or change the booking in Nettla.
Give credit instead of money
Give the player a club wallet balance as a goodwill gesture.
Go to Players → Player List.
Click the player.
Open the Wallet tab.
Click Add club wallet.
Choose Free of charge.
Select the wallet and enter the amount under How much balance?.
Click Add.
Memberships and wallet purchases
Cancelling a membership in Nettla doesn't refund it. To refund a membership payment, refund it in your Stripe Dashboard.
There's no refund button for club wallet purchases in Nettla. Refund them in your Stripe Dashboard.
Good to know
Admin refunds ignore your cancellation rules. You choose the amount for each player.
If your club has Refund to Club Wallet turned on, admin refunds go to the player's club wallet. The option labels then show "(Club wallet)".
Recurring bookings can only be refunded as club wallet credit.
Refunds to a card never include Nettla's fees (the booking fee, and Nettla's club fee if your agreement has one) once the payment has been charged.
Players who were unpaid, marked as paid or free of charge have nothing to refund. Unpaid payments are cancelled automatically when you cancel the booking.
