Ace is an AI sales agent that answers your players on your club's own WhatsApp number, at any time of day. Players message Ace like they would message your reception. Ace checks live availability, helps them book and sends them a secure payment link.
Ace is an add-on. Not every club has it. If you don't see Players → Ace conversations in the sidebar, your club doesn't have Ace yet. Contact Nettla to switch it on. Nettla also sets up your club's WhatsApp number.
What Ace can help players with
Checking free court times and suggesting the nearest alternatives when a time is taken.
Booking a court or creating a match.
Joining matches and activities, such as classes, socials and courses.
Finding private coaching and group sessions.
Buying a membership.
Explaining how far ahead they can book.
Looking up their upcoming bookings, and turning one of their private matches into a public match.
Answering questions about your club, and how-to questions about the Nettla app.
When a player wants to book or buy, Ace sends a payment link. The player pays in the normal Nettla checkout.
Verified players
To use personal features, such as their own bookings and booking window, a player verifies their WhatsApp number. Ace sends a link in the chat, or the player verifies from the app. Verified numbers show a WhatsApp verified badge on the player's profile.
What you see in the admin
Players → Ace conversations shows what players have asked Ace. Conversations are read-only. See "What are Ace conversations? (WhatsApp assistant)".
Good to know
Ace uses your club's prices, opening hours and rules, the same as the app.
