Go to Settings → The Club and open the Club Profile tab. Fill in the fields and click Save. This information appears on your club's public profile in the player app.

Go to Settings → The Club.
Open the Club Profile tab.
Fill in the fields below.
Click Save.
What you can fill in
Club Name: players see your club as "Company name, Club name". The company part is set at company level in Settings → The Company.
Club ID: read-only, with a Copy button.
Club address: search for your address. Picking a result fills in the address details and places the map pin.
Address details: Street address, County/Region, Postcode, City and Club country.
Club description: a short text about your club.
Image Gallery: photos shown in a gallery on your club profile (16:9 crop).
Amenities: for example Free parking, Showers, Cafe, Pro shop, Changing rooms and Disabled access.
Club opening hours: the hours shown to players.
Contact & Social Media: Email, Phone number, Website URL, Instagram URL, Facebook URL, WhatsApp and TikTok URL.
Club terms & conditions link and Club privacy policy link: shown to players when they sign up and buy.
Why can't I click Save?
Save stays greyed out until everything is valid on all three tabs (Club Profile, Appearance and Email Templates). Check that:
Club Name, Street address, City and Club country are filled in.
Every web address, email address and phone number is valid.
Your brand colours don't show "Color is too bright" on the Appearance tab.
Good to know
Club opening hours are for display only. They don't control when courts can be booked. Your bookable hours come from your price lists.
One Save button saves all three tabs.
Phone numbers are changed to international format based on your club country.
Your timezone, currency and booking step can't be changed here. Contact Nettla to change them.
