How do I see and manage matches? (Play → Matches)

Find matches at your club, check their scores and status, and report or correct scores.

Written by Nettla

Play → Matches lists the matches played at your club, with their players, level range, score and score status. Open a match to report a score, resolve a dispute or correct a confirmed score.

Finding matches

  1. Go to Play → Matches.

  2. Pick a period: Today, Tomorrow, This week, Next week, This month, Next month, or choose dates.

  3. Optionally filter by Courts or Sport.

The list shows Date and time, Players, Level, Score and Status.

Score statuses

  • Pending Confirmation: a score has been reported and is waiting for the other team (they have 4 hours).

  • Confirmed: the score is final and counts towards levels.

  • Disputed: the other team disputed the score. These rows show a red icon with "Score has been disputed".

  • -: no score has been reported yet.

What you can do on a match

Click a match to open it. Depending on its status, you'll see:

  • Report score: when no score exists yet and the match has started. See "How do I report a score for a match?".

  • Edit: when the score is disputed, for up to 48 hours after it was reported. See "How do I resolve a disputed score?".

  • Edit score: when the score is confirmed, at any time.

The match page also shows the Score reporter, Score disputer, Result, Status, Type, Court, Gender and Level.

Good to know

  • You need the Matches administrator permission to report or edit scores.

  • To add or remove players, or cancel a match, open it in Calendar → Schedule.

  • Editing a confirmed score after levels have updated doesn't recalculate those levels. The page warns you: "Player levels have already been updated from this match. Editing the score now won't recalculate their levels."
