How it's calculated
For each court and day, Nettla takes the hours that court is bookable in your price list, including any special dates such as holidays or closures.
It subtracts time blocked as Unavailable (for example maintenance).
It divides the booked hours by the remaining available hours.
A day never goes above 100%. Bookings outside your bookable hours don't push it higher.
The headline figure is total booked hours ÷ total available hours for the period. It isn't an average of the daily percentages.
Good to know
Closed days have no available hours, so they don't lower your occupancy.
Inactive courts aren't counted.
Available hours are refreshed about every 4 hours, so a price list change can take a few hours to show. Bookings show straight away.
There's no filter for sport or peak times. Use the Courts filter to look at one sport's courts.
If your company has several clubs, the company-level Insights → Occupancy page lets you compare clubs.
