What does the Transactions page show?

A list of every payment at your club, with filters by date, type, status and method, and full details for each payment.

Written by Nettla

Insights → Transactions lists every payment at your club, one row per payment. You can filter the list and click any payment to see its details and what happened in Stripe.

What you see

  • The number of transactions Today, Yesterday, This week and Last week. These are counts, not money.

  • A table with Player, Date purchased, Date played, Article type, Payment status, Payment method and Amount.

Filters

  • Date purchased or Date played.

  • Article type: Court booking, Match, Activity, Private coaching, Membership (auto-renewal), Membership (one-time), Wallet, Bespoke booking, Recurring booking, League match and League round.

  • Payment status: Paid, Reserved, Unpaid, Pending, Cancelled, Refunded, Partial Refund and Paused.

  • Payment method: Card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), Wallet, Marked as paid and Free of charge.

  • Click Clear filters to reset.

How to see a payment's details

  1. Go to Insights → Transactions.

  2. Click the row.

The side panel shows the status, the player's details, the payment details, any discount code, the Stripe Payment ID (opens the payment in Stripe) and the Stripe activity.

How to follow up an unpaid payment

  1. Click the unpaid payment.

  2. Choose what to do:

    • Click Send payment reminder to email the player.

    • Click the pencil icon to change it to Marked as paid or Free of charge.

    • Click Cancel payment.

What the Amount shows

  • The card amount plus any club wallet amount.

  • For a pay your part lead booker, both the total and their own share, for example "£45 (£9 share)".

  • Nettla's booking fee isn't included (except on auto-renewing memberships), so amounts won't match Stripe exactly.

Good to know

  • The page is for one club. You need the Transaction log permission to see it.

  • There's no export. Use your Stripe exports. See "Can I export transactions from Nettla?".

  • For what each status means, see "How do I check a payment and its status?".
