How do I find or delete previous Nettla AI conversations?

Open earlier Nettla AI chats from the conversation history, start a new chat or delete a conversation.

In Nettla AI, click the clock icon (Conversation history) to see your previous chats. Click one to open it, or click the bin icon to delete it.

Open a previous conversation

  1. Click Nettla AI in the sidebar.

  2. Click the clock icon (Conversation history).

  3. Click the conversation. Chats are grouped by day. Click Show older to see more.

Start a new chat

  1. Open Conversation history.

  2. Click New chat.

Delete a conversation

  1. Open Conversation history.

  2. Click the bin icon (Delete conversation) next to the chat.

  3. Confirm.

Good to know

  • Conversations are private. Other admins can't see your chats.

  • Deleting a conversation doesn't undo actions that already ran from it.

  • Unread conversations, such as a new weekly brief, have a red dot.
