Go to Settings → Booking limits, click New booking limit, choose what the rule does, who it applies to and the allowance, then click Save.
Booking limits are switched on by Nettla. Not every club has them. If you don't see Booking limits under Settings in the sidebar, your club doesn't have the feature yet. Contact Nettla to switch it on. Once it's on, you create and edit the limits yourself.
Create a rule
Go to Settings → Booking limits.
Click New booking limit.
Under What this rule does, choose Limit bookings (a hard cap) or Limit a member benefit (members pay the standard price after the allowance).
Enter a Name, for example "All players: weekly cap".
Choose who it applies to:
Limit bookings: keep Applies to all players on, or turn it off and choose Cohorts.
Limit a member benefit: choose the member Cohorts.
For a benefit limit, choose the Member price: Up to an allowance, or Never applies here (members always pay the standard price for bookings this rule covers).
Under Allowance, enter the Amount and choose Minutes or Sessions.
Choose the Booking limit basis: active and upcoming bookings at any one time, or per day, week, month or year.
Optional: switch on Set specific day and time rules. See "How do I make a limit apply only on certain days and times?".
Under Booking types, tick at least one: Court bookings, Matches, Activities or Private Coaching.
Under Courts, keep Applies to all courts on, or choose courts.
Click Save.
Edit or delete a rule
Go to Settings → Booking limits.
Click the pencil icon on the rule to edit it, or the bin icon to delete it.
Deleting happens straight away, with no confirmation.
Good to know
Each rule card shows a Limit or Member benefit badge and a short summary.
For how bookings are counted and when allowances reset, see "How are booking limits counted, and when do they reset?".
