How do I connect a webhook?

Send Nettla events straight to your own system by adding a webhook URL and optional headers.

Go to Settings → Integrations, click Webhook, enter your Webhook URL, add any headers your system needs and click Connect to Webhook. Nettla then sends each event to that address as a POST request.

Connect a webhook

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. Click the Webhook tile.

  3. Enter the Webhook URL. It must accept POST requests.

  4. Under Custom headers, click Add header to add a header name and value, for example an Authorization header with your system's key (optional).

  5. Click Connect to Webhook.

The tile then shows Connected.

What is sent

  • All four categories by default: user, booking, payment and court events. Change this with the gear icon.

  • See "Included Data" for every event and field.

Good to know

  • Webhooks are available at club level only, not at company level.

  • To change the URL or headers, click the tile, click Disconnect from Webhook, then connect again with the new details.

  • Setting up the receiving system is technical. Work with a developer.
