How do I connect Zapier?

Send Nettla events to a Zap using a Catch Hook trigger, step by step.

Create a Zap with a Catch Hook trigger, copy its webhook URL, then go to Settings → Integrations, click Zapier, paste it into Zapier Webhook URL and click Connect to Zapier.

What you need

  • A Zapier account that can create Zaps with webhooks.

Step 1: Create the Zap

  1. In Zapier, create a new Zap.

  2. Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger, with the event Catch Hook.

  3. Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.

Step 2: Connect in Nettla

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. Click the Zapier tile.

  3. Paste the URL into Zapier Webhook URL.

  4. Click Connect to Zapier.

The tile then shows Connected.

Good to know

  • Zapier receives all four categories by default: user, booking, payment and court events. Change this with the gear icon.

  • You then build your automations in Zapier, for example sending emails or updating spreadsheets.

  • An automation expert can help you build reliable Zaps.
