How do I connect Mixpanel?

Send your Nettla events to a Mixpanel project using its project token, including a note on Mixpanel data regions.

Copy your project token from Mixpanel, then go to Settings → Integrations, click Mixpanel, paste it into Mixpanel Project Token and click Connect to Mixpanel.

Nettla sends data to an EU-region Mixpanel project. If your Mixpanel project is in the US region, contact Nettla before connecting.

What you need

  • A Mixpanel account and a project for your Nettla data.

Step 1: Find your project token

  1. In Mixpanel, open your project.

  2. Go to Project Settings → Overview.

  3. Copy the Project Token.

Step 2: Connect in Nettla

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. Click the Mixpanel tile.

  3. Paste the token into Mixpanel Project Token.

  4. Click Connect to Mixpanel.

The tile then shows Connected.

Good to know

  • Mixpanel receives all four categories by default: user, booking, payment and court events. Change this with the gear icon.
