Collections

Inside Nettla Operator Admin, you’ll see the term Collection used in various places.

A collection is a category or group of players that is distinct from general or unclassified players. You have full control over which collections exist and which players belong to each one.

What Makes Up a Collection?

  • One or more membership types

  • One or more sub-collections

  • Individual players

To ensure that players receive the correct benefits associated with their membership, the membership type must be linked to a collection.

Once linked, you can create price lists or club rules that vary between different collections.

Sub-collections

To help you manage large groups efficiently, Nettla allows you to create sub-collections within a collection.

For example:

You might have a main collection called “Silver Members”, and within it, a sub-collection named “Students”—because students receive the same benefits but are tracked as a subgroup.

Tip: Think of collections and sub-collections like folders on your computer:

  • A collection is the main folder

  • Sub-collections are a folders inside that folder

  • Individual players are like files you can place directly into either

This structure keeps your "special players" pricing and rules flexible, organized, and scalable.
