What are Smart Forms?
Smart Forms in Nettla is a way for clubs to:
Collect information about a cohort of players
Recognize players who belong to the same cohort
Give those players a certain benefit at the club
Use automation to give a benefit to players of a certain cohort
What can they be used for?
Below are some example use-cases where Nettla's Smart Forms could come in handy. And note that these are just examples, and there is an unlimited amount of other purposes when Smart Forms can benefit your club.
Students at a specific (or any) university receiving an off-peak discount
All employees of BMW receiving discounts on Court 2 only
Junior players receiving a discount between the hours of 13:00-16:00 only
Sports club members receiving a Welcome Bonus of £20 to their account
All players receiving a wallet of £10 that has to be used within 1 week
Why are they called "Smart" Forms?
Instead of creating a boring Forms feature that almost every software has, Nettla decided to take it to the next level and create an automation piece around it. The automation piece is the reason why they are called Smart Forms. This feature will also continue to evolve over time with AI powered parts added.
