Smart Forms let you collect information from players in the app and then give the right players a benefit, such as a cohort price or club wallet credit. With automation switched on, Nettla can do this for you as soon as a player submits.
What Smart Forms do
Collect details, answers and documents from players.
Find players who belong to a group, for example students or staff of a partner company.
Add them to a cohort or give them club wallet credit.
Do it automatically, or after you review each submission.
Examples
Students at a university get an off-peak discount.
Staff of a partner company get discounts on one court.
Juniors get a discount between 13:00 and 16:00.
Members of a local sports club get a £20 welcome credit.
Every player who signs up gets £10 to use within one week.
Prices are shown in £, but this works the same in your club's currency.
Why "Smart"?
The automation is what makes them smart. For example, you can require players to verify an email address from a university domain, then add them to a cohort straight away.
Good to know
Submitting a Smart Form also adds the player to your Player List.
Each player can submit a form once.
