What are company wide memberships?
Company-wide memberships are created at company level rather than per club.
They can be:
Purchased at any club within your organisation
Used at every club included in the membership
Configured to provide the same or different benefits at each location
This is ideal for operators running multiple clubs under one brand.
How can players purchase company wide memberships?
If your organisation has:
✅ More than one club in Nettla
✅ At least one company-wide membership available
…players will see two options on the Memberships page in the Nettla app:
Memberships at this club
Memberships at all our clubs ✅ (company-wide)
Players simply select the company-wide option and complete the purchase directly in the app.
How does the operator/club configure the benefits?
Benefits are managed exactly like standard memberships:
1️⃣ Create or edit your Collections in each club’s admin
2️⃣ Link your company-wide membership type to a collection
3️⃣ Configure whether benefits should be:
Identical across all clubs, or
Customised per club depending on your pricing and other factors
This gives your organisation full flexibility, while players enjoy a seamless experience across locations.
